Scone with Fruit


Makes 12

Sift into bowl
  • 450g flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 40g sugar
Crumb with 85g butter

Add Sultanas


Add 225ml milk, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk (save white for glaze)

Bake @ 240c
